STORM WATER MANAGER
Stark Soil & Water seeks qualified individual to manage storm water program. Incumbent supervises storm water staff; performs MCM duties and responsibilities; develops and secures approval for storm water quality regulations; negotiates MS4 contracts with townships and municipalities; manages drainage/off road ditch program; and coordinates storm water education for builders, contractors, government officials, and public.
Required qualifications are a Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or higher degree in conservation, natural resources, environmental science, or related field; twelve (12) months related work experience; supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
